I'm sure we've all encountered that person in our lives that has such passion and drive for something so meaningful to them, whether it be a cause, or vision, or purpose, that it's palpable and clearly evident they are exactly where they should be? Meet Sherry Truett-Jones - Instructor and Owner/Operator of SPENGA Franchise SPENGA-South Fort Worth and SPENGA-Saginaw.

Sherry has been leading group fitness classes since 1997. She was instantly drawn to the community feel, close friendships and high energy of group fitness. She brings significant experience to the role including simple "workout partner and inspirer", certified group instructor, gym manager, certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. She is certified in a variety of disciplines including, Barre, Yoga, TRX, HITT, Schwinn indoor cycle, Strength and Pilates.

After 20 years in finance, she left Corporate America to follow her passion. When she found SPENGA and its complete fitness concept of cardio, strength and flexibility, in one WERKout, all her favorite formats, she had no choice but to get involved with her vision to spread her passion to a community of members in her own SPENGA franchise.

When you meet Sherry her energy and passion for health and fitness will be palpable and her commitment to creating a sense of family for her team and crew members is evident.

Hey Crew,

I’m Rebekka and I can’t wait to have you in my session. I’ve been active in fitness my whole adult life but only in last 5 years have I started teaching group fitness. I started my journey as a certified Pilates instructor and have dabbled in different fitness certifications until landing most recently with SPENGA. I love all genres of music so you just never know what you might get in your Spin session! My favorite place to be is with my family, friends and dogs. My husband and I have four kids with three in college and one left at home. I love SPENGA for the format of course! Getting my cardio, strength training plus yoga all in one —there is no better WERK OUT! Come see me!

Meet Michelle, not only is she a dog mom to her adorable furry friend, but she also takes on the role of a special education teacher, Aunt to her adorable niece and shines as a Spenga Instructor! She brings great energy and infectious enthusiasm to every session! Michelle’s experiences make her an extraordinary instructor who brings a unique perspective and genuine care to the Spenga community 💚
Brianna is a dancer and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She graduated the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance degree, and has always had a strong passion for health and fitness. She came to Spenga because the uniqueness of the workout and how it’s curated to fit the various needs and values of its members was intriguing, and she felt she could experience a large amount of growth here.
Meet Madison!  
Madison's love for movement started at Texas Tech, where she graduated with a minor in dance - a passion that in spired her to step into the world of group fitness.  Since earning her AFAA Group Fitness Certification in 32022, she has taught over 2,000 group classes and recently leveled up by earning her NASM Certified Personal Trainer Certification.
 
When she's not leading high energy sessions at SPENGA, you can usually find Madison training for Spartan and Hyrox races or hanging out with her spirited Chiweenie, Lola.  She brings dedication, creativity, and a whole lot of heart to every session - helping members push past limits while keeping fitness fun.
Hey SPENGA fam! I'm Caitlin, and I'm so excited to bring my love of music and fitness to your sessions! I’ve been a SPENGA member for a while and have seen firsthand the incredible power of this community – it completely transformed my own fitness story. When I’m not on the mic, I am working hard as an elementary music teacher, chasing after my energetic toddler, or spending time with my amazing husband. Thank you for letting me be a part of your journey! Let’s WERK! 💚
Hey Crew! I grew up playing competitive softball and training my body to be the best athlete I could be. Group fitness became my passion when I signed up as a member at SPENGA in 2022 and it motivated me to become an instructor. When I’m not in the studio I’m attending TCC nursing school to get my RN! My favorite thing about spenga is the family atmosphere you get as soon as you walk through the door! I love being apart of the team and can’t wait to continue getting to know all the amazing members! Catch me on the mic at your next session ;)
