Lifelong athlete and music lover. Spenga is the perfect combination of everything I’m passionate about (fitness, music, community). Fitness is an amazing way to rediscover yourself. I want you to keep showing up and that’s why I’m passionate about making fitness fun. It’s fun to be challenged, it’s fun to be surrounded by a community, and it’s fun to be successful. As a member turned instructor, I guarantee that Spenga will get your mind and body to places you may have found out of reach.

I love helping others find their full potential! I’ve been coaching volleyball since the age of 17, creating confident young women. And today I work in music publishing where I get to support talented songwriters every day.

So as a music appreciator be ready for all genres, all songs… I love a good b-side… and I hope I can put you on to a few new artists. I look forward to having fun with you, let’s get to werk!
