Hey Crew,

I’m Rebekka and I can’t wait to have you in my session. I’ve been active in fitness my whole adult life but only in last 5 years have I started teaching group fitness. I started my journey as a certified Pilates instructor and have dabbled in different fitness certifications until landing most recently with SPENGA. I love all genres of music so you just never know what you might get in your Spin session! My favorite place to be is with my family, friends and dogs. My husband and I have four kids with three in college and one left at home. I love SPENGA for the format of course! Getting my cardio, strength training plus yoga all in one —there is no better WERK OUT! Come see me!
