Meet Michelle, not only is she a dog mom to her adorable furry friend, but she also takes on the role of a special education teacher, Aunt to her adorable niece and shines as a Spenga Instructor! She brings great energy and infectious enthusiasm to every session! Michelle’s experiences make her an extraordinary instructor who brings a unique perspective and genuine care to the Spenga community

  • SPENGA's signature 1-hour session that combines 20 minutes of heart-pumping Spinning, 20 minutes of circuit-style strength training, and 20 minutes of revitalizing yoga, to deliver the Best. Workout. Ever!

  • RIDE/REP
  • This 45 minute session is half heart-pumping SPIN and half circuit-style STRENGTH training.

  • REVIVE
  • Improve alignment, posture, and joint stability through static, flowing, and repetitive Yoga poses. End this session with deep flexibility movements and a relaxing recovery. A great supplement to our signature SPENGA session. 45 minutes.
