Hey SPENGA fam! I'm Caitlin, and I'm so excited to bring my love of music and fitness to your sessions! I’ve been a SPENGA member for a while and have seen firsthand the incredible power of this community – it completely transformed my own fitness story. When I’m not on the mic, I am working hard as an elementary music teacher, chasing after my energetic toddler, or spending time with my amazing husband.   • SPENGA's signature 1-hour session that combines 20 minutes of heart-pumping Spinning, 20 minutes of circuit-style strength training, and 20 minutes of revitalizing yoga, to deliver the Best. Workout. Ever!

  • RIDE/REP
  • This 45 minute session is half heart-pumping SPIN and half circuit-style STRENGTH training.
